And here’s another Audacious lipstick which I’ve received from NARS. Vera appears red in the tube, but reveals its berry tones once swatched. Like the rest of the Audacious collection, the lipstick is highly pigmented and is buttery smooth.
Vera is much more wearable and versatile compared to Marisa, which reminds me a tad bit of Nicki Minaj.
Vera is also lightweight, fragrance- and scent-free. Score!
After discovering that more lipsticks are now lightweight, I cannot wait to stock up more colours! Oh, and how I used to think my mother was being silly when she kept buying one red lipstick after another (her favourite is Estée Lauder). She had almost 20 lipsticks in a myriad of red shades at the time!
Why? “A woman without lipstick is like a house without curtains; it’s not a home”. This confirms that daughters do turn into their mothers.
