Coach is back with a bang for the Holiday 2013 season. With president and executive creative director Reed Krakoff’s departure from the American brand earlier this April after working with Coach and his eponymous label simultaneously, Coach has hired Stuart Vevers, formerly of LVMH’s Loewe, as Krakoff’s replacement.
Coach’s pieces this Holiday season are a lot more refined compared to their previous offerings. This season debuts their outerwear line, and shoes are not left out as Coach releases more choices including chic boots, heels and flats with one of China’s most influential photographer, Chen Man, behind the lens for their Holiday 2013 shoes’ campaign. It will be interesting to see how Coach progresses with Reed Krakoff’s departure and its transition towards being a lifestyle brand. From this preview, it looks like they’re off to a good start.
