Cheryl and I had a staycation at Villa Samadhi back in September. Located barely 15 minutes away from the Petronas Twin Towers in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, it is rather hard to believe that such a retreat lies in the busy city.
Locating the villa was tricky, further proving that Villa Samadhi is a hidden gem, although the sound of speeding cars does damper on the tranquility of the property.
We decided to just stay in and not do anything just to get away from it all, ordering pizza for dinner and having breakfast at the Villa’s Mandi-Mandi (which means ‘showers’ in Malay) restaurant.
The Crib is the biggest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in, and the ensuite bathroom is almost as large. The complimentary TWG tea sachets, fresh fruits and jeruk (fruit pickes) greet us when we first enter the room.
With all that extra space, I just had to replicate Levi’s Revel campaign.
