It didn’t take me a second to accept Cheryl‘s invitation when she asked if I’d like to be her +1 to the gala premiere of LumiAir. Having been an aerial arts student for a number of years, aerial hoop and Flyoga specifically, there is no better inspiration and motivation for me than watching the professionals in action.
Without giving too much away, the fairytale begins when Diamond enters a world of fantasy with magical beings not unlike Alice in Wonderland, and with a Prince Charming. Besides the graceful aerialists (a wonderful reminder for me to work on my strength and flexibility), The Jesters, who reminded me of Angry Birds, stole the show with their hilarious antics and energetic performance.
LumiAir is a not-to-be-missed spectacle and shows run until 24 December 2014.
