Make Up For Ever

Last month, I had the privilege of attending Make Up For Ever‘s workshop at their Pro Boutique, where they showcased the new Make Up Forever HD products.

My favourites include the Make Up For Ever HD Elixir, a serum that serves as a primer and provides hydration as well. We were shown how the HD Elixir can be mixed with foundations to provide a lighter finish. I also have my eye on their Double-ended Sculpting Brush, made of synthetic bristles (cruelty-free!) and is incredibly soft, but I will have to wait until mid-year to get my hands on it.

Making their debut this year are the Make Up Forever HD Cream Blush and HD Microfinish Pressed Powder, which has been revamped into pressed powder form due to surging demand. Both products will be reviewed later in another post along with their Kabuki brush!

Why HD makeup? 15 years ago, the film industry was already awaiting the arrival of HD techology, and Dany Sanz, creator and artistic director of Make Up For Ever, began researching and formulating new products that will cover up imperfections even with the precision and preservation of visual details of HD technology.

Make Up For Ever is available in Sephora outlets in Malaysia.
