I guess I starting biting out of laziness and I snapped out of it.<br /><br />I&#39;ve read that wearing nail polish does help to stop nail biting since:<br />1. you will chip your manicure<br />2. swallowing bits of nail polish isn&#39;t fun (or safe!)<br /><br />And thank you!
