Guerlain Terra Azzurra Summer 2012

You never decline an invitation from Guerlain! ;)
Guerlain's Terra Azzurra collection is beautiful.
Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean seas, bold blues are featured along with Pucci's signature prints.

Maxime Poulin, who was trained under Guerlain's Creative Director Olivier Echaudemaison, was hilarious with his one-liners and theatrical hand gestures.
His lines (which I've live tweeted) include being a makeup fairy and dropping Meteorites (leaving glitter), needing caffeine in his bloodstream, and mascara clumps that make you look crazy with just 5 eyelashes.
The lighting is quite dim (to give a more intimate ambience) which Maxime admitted that was testing his makeup skills (and my photography)

The Meteorites Perles d'Azur has more blue pearls compared to the other versions of Meteorites, and the Kohl Kajal has an intense indigo/purple shade that will draw attention to the eyes.

Love this shot taken by Wani (a colleague of mine whom I invited along)

You should definitely buy the colour-correcting finishing powder.

I want to see your finishing look :(

    1. I'm not sure what camera you're using, but you can take good photos if you, at minimum, know how to adjust with your shutter speed, aperture and ISO.

    1. Hi Marlene! I've just purchased the Meteorites and used them today, but unfortunately it was very hot (and humid) this morning so some of it melted off before I could fully see its effects. Shall try again!

    1. That's colour-correcting pearls. You use the brush to crush bits of them into loose powder to set your makeup! Isn't it pretty?
