A quick update!
Saw these macarons when we went out Chinese New Year shopping with our cousins and I bought them one each since they've never had macarons before.
The crust was as hard as rocks :/

Oh the crust shouldn't be hard as a rock! Anne brought some Parisian macarons back to NYC, from her France trip over Christmas and New year. I have to say they make the very best ones, they were delicious despite the travel.
